Firesmith Grilled Chicken Avocado Flatbread

Boars Head Whole Milk Mozzarella, shredded
|
|
|

red onion, chopped
|
|
|
| 1/4 |

cherry tomatoes, diced

Boars Head FireSmith Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, dinner cut and cubed
|
|
|

|
avocados, cored and diced
|
|
|
| 1 |
tablespoon |
Ranch dressing, for drizzling

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Lay flatbread crusts onto a greased baking sheet.
Brush each with olive oil, then top with evenly-distributed Mozzarella cheese, onion, tomato and chicken.
Bake flatbread for about 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted, toppings are heated through and flatbread is golden brown.
Remove flatbread from the oven and top with avocado. Drizzle with ranch.
Serve and enjoy!
