Chive Buttered Potatoes

Wild Harvest Organic Baby Red Potatoes, quartered

Wild Harvest Organic Butter, melted
|
|
|

minced garlic
|
|
|
Directions:
Place potatoes in large pot with cover. Cover with water.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain.
Toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
