Snickers Banana Clusters
These frozen banana bites topped with chocolate, peanuts and caramel are just like a candy bar, but better (and no baking required).
Yield: 10-12 clusters
Preparation Time: 15 min; Chill Time: 30-45 min
Ingredients

ripe bananas, sliced into bite size pieces
|
|
|
| 4 |
tablespoons |
Essential Everyday creamy peanut butter
|
|
|
| 1 |
cup |
Essential Everyday semi sweet chocolate chips
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
roasted salted peanuts, roughly chopped
|
|
|
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel bananas and slice into equal pieces.
Form the banana clusters by placing 4 banana slices together with a 5th slice on the center of the cluster. Spoon peanut butter evenly on each cluster.
Place clusters in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, or until firm.
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Remove clusters from the freezer. Spoon or drizzle melted chocolate over each cluster until mostly covered. Next, top each cluster with chopped peanut.
Finally, return clusters to the freezer until firm. Store clusters in the freezer in an air-tight container.
