Waffle Quiche

Ingredients

2 Wild Harvest Organic Large Brown Eggs

1/2 cup Wild Harvest Organic 2% Reduced Fat Milk

1/8 teaspoon Wild Harvest Organic Ground Cayenne Pepper

1 package (7.4 ounce) Wild Harvest Organic Frozen Homestyle Waffles

3/4 cup Wild Harvest Organic Baby Spinach

6 thin tomato slices

3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:

In small bowl, combine eggs, milk and cayenne pepper; salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until well combined; set aside.

Line a baking sheet with foil; spray with no-stick cooking spray. Place waffles on baking sheet; evenly pour egg mixture over tops of waffles. Top with spinach, tomato slices and cheese.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven 25 minutes or until eggs are set.
