Mint Lemonade

Ingredients

2 lemon slices

2 teaspoons lemon juice

3 teaspoons sugar

7 fresh mint leaves

1/2 cup club soda

3/4 cup ice cubes

Directions:

Mash sliced lemons, the lemon juice, sugar and mint with a fork or spoon in a tall glass until the lemon and mint leaves are bruised. Add club soda and ice cubes; stir gently to blend.
