Pizza Muffins

Yield: 5 servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped

1/3 cup pepperoni, chopped

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup onion, chopped

3 tablespoons ripe olives, chopped

5 English muffins, split

Add To

Directions:

In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni, mayonnaise, onion and olives; mix well. Spread over cut side of each muffin half.

Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
