Slow Cooker Kielbasa Supper

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

8 cups cabbage, coarsely shredded

3 medium potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes

1 medium onion, coarsely chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 cups (16 ounces) chicken broth

2 pounds fully cooked kielbasa, sliced into 1/4 inch thick rounds

Directions:

In a 5- quart slow cooker, combine cabbage, potatoes, onion, salt and pepper; pour broth over all. Place sausage over the top.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until vegetables are tender and sausage is heated through.
