Napa Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

3 cups Napa cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup bok choy, finely shredded

2-3 tablespoons red sweet pepper, cut into very thin strips

1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar or white vinegar

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, bok choy, and red sweet pepper strips.

In a small mixing bowl, stir together seasoned rice vinegar or white vinegar and sesame oil. Toss with the cabbage mixture.
