Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Thanksgiving Tip:
If you need extra space on your stovetop this Thanksgiving, try making your mashed potatoes in a slow cooker instead!

Ingredients

5 pounds yellow potatoes, peeled and diced

1 cup water

1 teaspoon or 1 cube chicken bouillon

2 cloves minced garlic

1/2 cup Essential Everyday unsalted Butter

salt to taste

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 cups Essential Everyday Cheddar Cheese

pepper to taste

Add To

Directions:

Add the potatoes, water, bouillon, garlic, butter and salt to a slow cooker. Set to high for 4 hours, or low for 7-8 hours. Stir once the butter has melted.

Mash the potatoes, then stir in the cream and cheese and enjoy!
