Cheesy Bacon Frittata
Start the day with a delicious Cheesy Bacon Frittata breakfast entree! Add flavor to your warm, fluffy bacon frittata with cheddar, tomatoes and onions.

Preparation Time: 10 min; Cook Time: 40 min; Ready Time: 50 min
Ingredients

OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces

KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
chopped seeded tomatoes
|
|
|
| 1/3 |
cup |
sliced green onions
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
pepper
|
|
|
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat eggs and milk with whisk in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until center is set and frittata is puffed and golden brown.
Tip 1:
Serve with fresh fruit and a whole wheat English muffin to round out the meal.
Tip 2:
Since plum or Roma tomatoes have fewer seeds and a firmer texture than regular tomatoes, they work especially well in baked recipes, such as this frittata.
Tip 3:
Prepare using your favorite KRAFT Shredded Cheese.
